Best Tile, a successful retail and wholesale ceramic tile business located in Williston, Vermont, had outgrown its existing storefront. Bread Loaf provided Integrated Project ManagementSM (IPM) services to plan, design and build a solution to this predicament.

To speed construction and reduce cost, Bread Loaf architects and estimators recommended an innovative panelized building system by Murox®, a Canadian firm. The most prominent corner of the new building is occupied by the tile showroom, with large windows providing a glimpse of the colorful merchandise when passing by. At the rear, stepped back from the street, is the taller warehouse section of the building. At the junction of the warehouse and showroom is located the contractor sales area, which is conveniently served by both functions.
