Best Tile, a thriving retail and wholesale ceramic tile business in Williston, Vermont, had outgrown its existing storefront. To meet this challenge, Bread Loaf provided Integrated Design-Build services to plan, design, and construct a new facility tailored to the company’s growth.

To accelerate construction and control costs, Bread Loaf’s architects and estimators recommended an innovative panelized building system by Murox®, a Canadian firm. The building’s most prominent corner showcases the tile showroom, where expansive windows offer passersby a view of the vibrant merchandise inside. Set back from the street, the taller warehouse anchors the rear of the building, while the contractor sales area is strategically located at the intersection of showroom and warehouse, ensuring efficient service to both retail and wholesale customers.
