Elderly Services Adult Day Care

Summary

Bread Loaf employed its Integrated Design-Build approach to create a welcoming new home for Elderly Services, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing adult day care for Middlebury and neighboring Vermont communities. Designed with a farmhouse vernacular, the building offers participants a warm, non-institutional, home-like environment. Surrounded by stone walls, gardens, orchards, and walking paths, the facility enhances both comfort and quality of life for its clients.
