Weston Playhouse Theatre Company

The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company has created a nationally recognized center for the development of the theatre arts in Weston, VT. Second Stage at Walker Farm features a daylighted open lobby and generous public amenities, a flexible contemporary studio theatre that is fully re-configurable to accommodate an audience of up to 150 people, production office, dressing rooms, green room, wardrobe, laundry and other back-of-house support spaces. The new building supports development of future courtyards and garden spaces between the new building and the historic barns, silos and farmhouse. Site improvements support both the Second Stage Weston Playhouse building and existing farm buildings.

Bread Loaf Corporation provided Integrated Project Management services to design and permit the project. IPM Services included: Architecture; Civil Engineering; Structural Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering; Construction Management; Acoustic Consulting and A/V Consulting. Construction commenced in August 2016 and completed in September 2017.
