The architect, construction manager and client work together as a unified and experienced team. Formal client reviews are built into the project schedule to keep you apprised of project scope in relation to budget and schedule, allowing the client to provide input and make informed decisions on how to best allocate resources.

Eliminates Surprises

Scope, budget, and schedule are simultaneously and effectively managed from conceptual design through construction completion. This minimizes or eliminates the likelihood of cost overruns during bidding and change orders. The project team endeavors to ensure the budget approved by the client is not exceeded.
