Bread Loaf was selected to provide updated office and conference room space at the Novo Nordisk US Corporate headquarters in West Lebanon, NH. The project was a multi-phase renovation of existing office spaces at the office and manufacturing facility where the company’s pharmaceuticals are produced. Each phase of work required detailed logistics and long term planning so that operations could continue in adjoining spaces. 

Deliveries, removals, demolition, new HVAC system installation work and office fit-ups were completed while clean room manufacturing processes continued adjacent to the work areas. Bread Loaf carefully constructed air-tight partitions, created work areas with negative air, and focused on extra clean work spaces as construction progressed. In addition, Novo Nordisk’s safety and containment procedures had to be implemented by Bread Loaf and followed by all subcontractors, vendors, delivery people and anyone involved on-site. This resulted in a detailed construction process that ensured communication, planning and quality as the project moved toward completion. The project was also being completed during a USDA audit of the facility.
