Bread Loaf used its Integrated Design-Build (IDB) services for the Yester House and Arkell Pavilion projects. The Yester House Project involved renovation to allow for modern operations in the Georgian Revival mansion listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Louise Arkell Pavilion, the Center’s 140 seat performance hall, required replacement of the roof and air system and renovation to update the reception and changing rooms.
