Landmark College Student Residences
'The Bridges' Student Residences
Landmark College chose Bread Loaf to design and construct five new residence buildings as part of a comprehensive master planning initiative. The residences house a total of eighty students. The project was completed on a fast-track schedule, addressing a complex permitting process.
The two-story buildings are nestled into a wooded hillside. A series of wood bridges link pedestrian paths to suites on the upper levels, while the lower levels are directly accessible. The clean functional design of these buildings and choice of finish materials complement elements that appeal to young adults.
