Landmark College Student Residences
'The Bridges' Student Residences
Landmark College selected Bread Loaf to design and construct five new residence halls as part of a comprehensive campus master plan. Together, the buildings accommodate eighty students and were delivered on a fast-track schedule that successfully navigated a complex permitting process.
Set into a wooded hillside, the two-story residences blend naturally with the landscape. Elevated wood bridges connect pedestrian paths to the upper-level suites, while the lower levels offer direct ground access. The clean, functional design and carefully chosen finishes create a contemporary yet inviting living environment that resonates with student life.
